There is a translation and images of the text at <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Siloam_Inscription\">the English Wikipedia article<\/a>, a <a href=\"http:\/\/jewishencyclopedia.com\/volume11\/V11p340001.jpg\">transcription<\/a> in both Ancient and Modern Hebrew characters from the Jewish Encyclopedia and a transcription and translation into Modern Hebrew at the <a href=\"http:\/\/he.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%D7%9B%D7%AA%D7%95%D7%91%D7%AA_%D7%A0%D7%A7%D7%91%D7%AA_%D7%94%D7%A9%D7%99%D7%9C%D7%95%D7%97\">Hebrew Wikipedia article<\/a>, but as far as I know the original text is not available anywhere online in text format.
